Frequently asked questions
Which container do I need?
For most storage and construction-site purposes, the 20 ft container is the first choice: robust, lockable, can be placed anywhere. If you need more floor space, go for 40 ft; the 40 ft High Cube offers extra height. Not sure? Ask us – we will recommend the right model.
What do the condition ratings mean?
Cargo Worthy (CW): certified fit for sea and transport, wind- and watertight. Wind & Water Tight (WWT): tight and ready for storage use. One-Trip / like-new: practically new, loaded only once – best appearance.
How does delivery work?
We deliver straight to your address. A crane truck sets the container down precisely. Delivery costs depend on the distance – calculate the guide price right on the product page; we confirm the exact price with the quote.
Do I need a building permit?
Rules differ by country and region; residential or occupied use almost always requires a permit. Obtaining any required building permit is the buyer's responsibility. We are happy to advise, but we are no substitute for official information.
How do I pay?
After your enquiry you receive a binding quote incl. delivery price. The usual arrangement is a deposit on order and the balance on delivery. As an EU company we issue intra-Community invoices (reverse charge) with a valid VAT ID; B2C invoices include the VAT of your delivery country.
Where do you deliver?
Throughout the EU. Our depots are conveniently located in south-central Europe – we reach Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and southern Germany especially fast and at low cost; all other EU countries on request.
